MBS understands your business can be highly dependent on your coffee equipment and that is why we have a team of specialist engineers ready to take care of any problems should they happen to arise. MBS take pride in offering excellent customer service and aim to provide speedy customer support so we can make sure your coffee equipment is back up and running, in fully working order within the least possible time.

Engineer Call-out Charges

Call-out charge: £45.00

This covers the cost of having an engineer attend the site and the first 30 minutes labour. The engineer’s time will then be charged at a rate of £11.00 per 1/4 hour or part thereof: e.g. Call-out and 15min Labour = £56.00 (Total of 45 mins on site) Call-out and 40 min Labour = £78.00 (Total of 1 hour 10mins on site)

Workshop Charges

Should we be unable to repair your machine on site, we will remove it to our workshop, a replacement machine will be installed free of charge to enable you to trade. All other work carried out in the workshop will be charged at the normal time charge rates of £11.00 per 1/4 hour or part thereof.

Full De-scale £600.00 + parts

Machine will be stripped complete and the boiler placed in an acid bath. After the boiler has been neutralised it will be reassembled, tested and cleaned. While the machine is being de-scaled a replacement machine will be installed free of charge to enable you to trade. We can supply a large range of spare parts for most espresso machines.

Barista Training

To produce a good quality cappuccino or latte, a certain amount of expertise and knowledge is required. At Moran Beverages we pride ourselves on the level of training we give to our customers. We will take you through all the steps necessary to produce a great tasting coffee, from grinding and extracting the coffee through to foaming milk and cleaning your equipment, in fact all the elements required to provide your customers with coffee that is second to none.
