The Barista training takes place in our attractive training facility which provides a relaxed and comfortable learning environment. We know that training is crucial to any coffee serving business that wishes to provide a great coffee on a consistent basis and it is our aim to show how.

We believe that our FREE training can BOOST your coffee sales

The Moran Barista training experience offers our clients the following benefits:

• Your staff will be trained to correctly use an espresso machine and coffee grinder

• Your staff will be trained to consistently produce great tasting coffee

• We will help you to improve your overall sales of coffee

• The training methods will help to motivate your staff to do their job as effectively and efficiently as they possibly can

• We aim to further develop your staff’s customer service which can lead to increased customer satisfaction and stronger sense of customer loyalty

The Barista training course will last approximately two hours and it is limited to ten spaces per training session. We prefer to keep the numbers to a minimum so we can spend more time with people individually and make sure they get the very best out of the time spent with our Barista trainer.

The Training course itself will incorporate the following content:

• Understanding how the Espresso Machine works and how to use it

• Knowing how to use the Coffee Grinder and appreciating the importance of the Grinder

• Learning the necessary Milk Techniques involved in making specific coffee drinks

• Mastering the Art of Tamping

• Learning Practical Cleaning Procedures

• Understanding the significance of Temperature Control
